They are asking for Fair Salary package and Good working atmosphere.  They are complain that now the hospital running with Nursing students and unskilled nurses. as well as they are trying that this is the only issue for a community. ZAGA Media investigated and found that this is not a community issue it is a common issue. All community nurses are joined the strike.

The hospital management released Boners. As well as they are cutting electricity and installing mobile jammers, and not allowing to walk on road and not allowing to sit any were strikers claiming.

But they strikers are saying that they will not back they will take this strike upto death.

The hospital management terminated 16 Nurses as well as 12 suspension. Tomorrow is nurses day. But they all are decided to wear black dress/badge on strike. Now they are getting lot of supports from all the other sectors.

Late Pt.Uday Shankar was a world renowned classical dancer and choreographer from India. Born in Udaipur, Rajasthan, he was trained in the art in Bombay. He later studied at the Royal College of Art in London and danced along with ballerina Anna Pavlova. He created ballets based on Hindu themes like Radha-Krishna, Hindu weddings and other oriental themes for Anna. During the 1930s, Uday toured through the western world along with his own troupe. His adaptation of western theatrical techniques to Indian dance made his art hugely popular both in India and the West, while his brother Ravi Shankar helped popularize Indian classical music in the West. He had married Amala Shankar and they had a son Ananda Shankar and a daughter Mamata Shankar. While Ananda Shankar was a musician and music composer like his uncle, Ravi Shankar, Mamata Shankar is a dancer like her parents and is also a noted actress, working in films by Satyajit Ray and Mrinal Sen. Uday Shankar also made a film on dance entitled ‘Kalpana’.

Tanusree Shankar is the principal teacher of Ananda Shankar Centre for Performing Arts. on the technique of New Age Dance, following the path shown by Uday Shankar, the pioneer who popularized Indian dance and music all over the world since 1920. This particular style has its roots deep in the spirit of India.

The Dance performed by Lord Shiva is known as Tandava, which depicts his violent nature as the destructor of the universe. The Tandava performed with joy is called Ananda Tandava and performed in violent mood is called Rudra Tandava. There are 7 types of Tandava. Namely Ananda Tandava, Tripura Tandava, Sandhya Tandava, Samara Tandava, Kaali tandava, Uma Tandava and Gauri Tandava. There are few people who believa that there are 16 types of Tandava. Tandava has vigourous, brisk movements.The dance performed by Goddess Parvathi is known as Lasya, in which the movements are gentle, graceful and sometimes erotic also. Some scholars call Lasya as the feminine version of Tandava. Lasya has 2 kinds. Jarita Lasya and Yauvaka Lasya.
